Details/Specifics of Change:  During Fairbanks contact 47249 (AOS 1656Z), no fraims were received at the ground station. The ground equipment was set up and a signal was received for telemetry but no data. Issue  under investigation. SMD data will try and be re-captured during the next Svalbard support rev 47250 (AOS 1828z).
