Errigal Ciaran's reign as Tyrone and Ulster champions is over as Trillick scored a 1-13 to 1-11 semi-final win in Omagh.
The St Macartan's men lost in last year's county final to an Errigal Ciaran side that went all the way to the All-Ireland decider, but they turned the tables in their bid to regain the O'Neill Cup they last held in 2023.
Mattie Donnelly was on target twice to help Trillick into an early lead but after Darragh Canavan and Peter Harte pointed for Errigal either side of a Seanie O'Donnell score, the defending champions found the net through Ruairi Canavan.
That goal was the difference when Trillick were awarded a penalty that was tucked away by James Garrity and aided by scores from Simon Garrity, Peter McCaughey, James Garrity and Liam Gray, they held a 1-8 to 1-5 lead at the half.
Errigal Ciaran quickly wiped the advantage out early in the second half with the Darragh and Tommy Canavan, plus Tiarnan Colhoun finding their range.
It remained close heading down the stretch with the sides level, but late points from Daire Gallagher and James Garrity secured victory for Trillick.
Their final opponents are yet to be determined as Carrickmore and Loughmacrory will have to do it all again following their 0-19 to 1-16 draw in Pomeroy.
This meeting of neighbours got off to an even start with Eoin McElholm kicking early scores for Loughmacrory and his early brace was the difference when Tiarnan Loughran hit back with a Carrickmore goal in the 18th minute.
However, two-pointers from Cathal Donaghy and Arnoldas Macidulskas helped Loughmacrory into a 0-11 to 1-5 lead at the break.
They were first to register in the second period, but Carrickmore replied with Ruairi Loughran's point followed by a two-pointer by Tiarnan Loughran.
Just as Loughmacrory looked to open a gap, Carrickmore hit back with Ruairi Loughran and Lorcan McGarrity nailing two-pointers to level and set up a tense finish.
Another two from McGarrity seemed to put Carrickmore in position for the win, but Loughmacrory replied with Pauraic Meenagh kicking the equaliser from a free to force a replay.
Kingscourt Stars take Cavan football title

Kevin Curtis scored Kingscourt's first goal
Kingscourt Stars were crowned Cavan senior football champions for a 12th time with a 2-16 to 0-13 win against Gowna at Breffni Park on Sunday.
It is the 12th county success overall as they denied a Gowna side who had their measure in the final two years previous.
Two goals in first-half stoppage time flipped this game in their favour after Gowna had made the better start and a Conor Madden two-pointer helped them into a four-point lead.
A two-point free from Jordan Morris got Kingscourt on the board but were dealt a blow when losing Odhran Cunningham to a nasty injury which forced a lengthy delay.
However, trailing by three at this stage, Padraig Faulkner kicked a score and in additional time in the first period, they grabbed their first goal as from a turnover, Kevin Curtis started and finished the move.
A Cian Shekleton two-pointer gave Stars the lead before their second goal came as Joe Dillon got on the end of a long ball to finish and establish a 2-7 to 0-8 advantage.
Robbie Fitzpatrick pulled one back early in the second period, but Kingscourt kicked on with Jordan Morris in fine form as they secured the title.
Middletown made it seven Armagh senior hurling titles in a row as they edged out Keady 0-21 to 0-19 at the Athletic Grounds.
Newbridge edge Slaughtneil in Derry thriller
Defending champions Newbridge edged into the Derry Senior Football Championship final as they stunned Slaughtneil with late scores to win 0-21 to 1-16.
For long stages, it seemed they were on course for a comfortable afternoon, taking a grip in the first half with two-pointers from Conleth McGrogan and Conor McAteer helping them into an eight-point lead at one stage, but Slaughtneil narrowed the gap to six by the break, 0-14 to 0-8, with Shane McGuigan finding his range.
The margin was back to four early in the second period, but Newbridge would get on top with Eamon Young and Oisin Doherty points to lead by six once more before a McGuigan goal brought Slaughtneil to life.
It was nip and tuck down the stretch with a McGuigan score in added time giving Slaughtneil the lead, but a two-pointer from Conor Doherty tipped the balance back towards Newbridge with Padraig McGrogan sealing their place in the final against Magherafelt who beat Glen in Saturday's first semi-final.
Scotstown and Inniskeen through to Monaghan final

Jack McCarron was among the goals for Scotstown
Scotstown will face Inniskeen in the final of the Monaghan Senior Football Championship as they came through their semi-finals in Clones.
In the first game, Scotstown were 2-15 to 1-12 winners against Clontibret to keep their bid for a hat-trick of titles alive.
Clontibret made a better start with an early goal from Aaron Carey, but after Rory Beggan brought the defending champions back to within one with a two-point free, Darragh Murray found the net and another from Jack McCarron soon after gave them a platform as they led 2-9 to 1-7 at the break.
The gap was just four late on when Beggan sealed it with a two-pointer from play.
Inniskeen were 0-23 to 0-12 winners against Magheracloone in the second game but had to recover from a slow start when trailing by five with Paudie McMahon and Allan Kiernan landing two-pointers.
Andrew Woods would get Inniskeen on the board before Sean Jones kicked a two-pointer of his own, yet they trailed 0-8 to 0-6 at the break.
It was all change in the second period as Woods kicked four two-pointers between frees and play as Inniskeen pulled away.
