Joining AIG as a summer intern or full-time analyst is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into our industry. Interns work closely with mentors and colleagues who challenge you with meaningful, business-critical projects. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you are exposed to other business areas within AIG to gain a broader knowledge of what we do. During the summer, AIG will assess your fit within the organization and your potential contribution as a full-time analyst. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to consider AIG as part of your future career plans.
Full-time analysts work within a business function, gaining a broad exposure to your particular area of interest. In addition to on the job experiences, full-time analysts participate in the AIG Academy, a two year structured development program designed to develop, support, assess, and accelerate our Early Careers talent.
We’re seeking candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry. We also look for a diverse background of experience, culture, and thought. Successful candidates typically have a global perspective and a team-oriented track record.
