Cityfone (including brands SimplyConnect and Zoomer) services are no longer active as of December 31, 2024. If you were a customer of one of these brands, here’s what you need to know.

Billing

We’re automatically refunding you for the time between the service cancellation date and the end of your billing cycle. When you’ll receive your refund depends on your payment method.

Pre-authorized credit card payments: check your credit card statement for a refund after January 27, 2025.

Debit, cheque or cash payments: you’ll receive a cheque at the address on file after February 20, 2025. The processing time for cheque refunds is between 30–60 days.
