This first part looks like the watch detected a nap instead of sleep.
Did you turn on the Sleep mode before that, or do you use a Sleep Schedule?
Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support
I am also seeing blurry sections since 2 Nights. Did not change anything to my sleep schedule settings or routine (setting Fokus to sleep when I really go to bed). Since 2 nights the Watch also does not measure wrist temp over night…
Which Apple Watch are you using?
Did you try to force restart your watch?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Thanks for your reply. I do use the sleep schedule. I was sleeping fitfully, so it makes sense that it might register as a nap. I read that possibility on Reddit about the blurred sleep lines.
ps: never had a nap tracked at all
