Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Google Pay!

You can now use Flight Credits, Southwest LUV Vouchers and Gift Cards when changing your flight in the app. Your unused Southwest® Flight Credits show up automatically when you tap ‘View Funds’ within ‘My Account’.
Inflight Entertainment*
Use the app to take you to our Inflight Entertainment Portal where you can watch free live TV1, listen to free music from iHeartRadio1, access free on-demand TV episodes, and view free movies.

Normally great, buggy update I usually love the Southwest app for everything from booking to boarding passes. Dice the most recent update (as of Oct '24), however, the app will no longer load my boarding passes; it just "thinks" interminably. This is, of course, very inconvenient and means I've had to get my passes printed at the airport. If this bug gets fixed, the app would get 5 stars.

I've flown with Southwest for almost 10 years! The app is just like their service- the Best! It's very well integrated with customer service, and provides up-to-minute information which is critical to a frequent traveler. I use them almost exclusively when traveling to any of their destinations. I once flew with another airline, my flightvwas canceled; I had insurance & they out me on the next flight out- on Southwest, lol. That was my confirmation, they're for me. I refer everyone

Do not like changes to the app that did not retain previous payment information, passenger information, and doesn't populate my Rapid Rewards number. It requires you to go look up your RR number in the middle of booking a flight. Oh, and not liking the much higher fares. I'm now looking at other airlines instead of just defaulting to Southwest.
