.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will weaken tonight
while low pressure and a cold front approach the area from the N.
The cold front will move across the northern and central waters
Mon through Mon night, then through the southern waters later Mon
night through Tue night, followed by the parent low. High
pressure will build back across the region behind the front Tue
through Wed. A trough will develop along the coast Wed night and
persist into Fri before gradually weakening Fri night.
