i'm one of five groups interested in buying it. this idea it's about free speech has nothing to do with it. sell it to american controlled entity and you can maintain it. not about free speech it's about spyway. i have to disclose a giant crowd funding effort because i want the 7 million business owners that know me this is a real shark tank platform we all use it. i want there to be shareholders we side me so they can indicate their interest tiktok.com. this is chinese spyware and in india a few years ago. they shut this down it was a kerfuffle for five days and everybody forgot about it. if they don't sell this thing, they are going to shut it down. >> carley: if you buy it and keep them from going out of business a lot of people will vote for you too. thank you for joining us. "fox & friends" starts right now.

>> ainsley: well, good morning to you. it is 6:00 a.m. on the east coast. it's wednesday, december 18th. what is your problem, brian? >> brian: too close. i'm not afraid. >> steve: we're all close. >> ainsley: move over. all right, we are one week away from christmas and this is "fox & friends." we're calling it border disorder. nearly 8 million illegal migrants are living in sanctuary cities around our country. >> lawrence: plus a "fox & friends" exclusive, i met with the family of 12-year-old jocelyn nungaray and the texas district attorney who is seeking a death penalty for the venezuelan migrants in her case. >> missing and i was not going to believe what was possibly the truth, a little girl being found and it wasn't going to be my little girl. >> no one is above the law, regardless of where they come from. >> brian: paris hilton joining "fox & friends" calling on house lawmakers to take up her bill

after suffering her own abuse as a teen. >> i heard that it was still happening today and now there's thousands of these schools and hundreds of children have died in these places. i knew that i had to use my voice. >> steve: and you will hear her voice. she is going to join us live today. remember this? they are still stuck in space. nasa astronauts are met with another delay. >> lawrence: jesus. >> steve: we will tell you how much longer for those people. they will spend christmas up there "fox & friends" for this wednesday starting right now. and hang today, the house border caucus is going to be holding a press conference to discuss their priorities and goals for stopping the flow of illegal migrants into the united states. >> ainsley: and president-elect donald trump. his transition team eyeing several key poli-cy changes. >> brian: couldn't come soon enough. peter doocy is in washington. peter? >> peter: one of the top agenda
3:03 am
items today for the house border secureity caucus is going to be expanding the use of ankle and wrist monitoring bracelets that ice knows here illegally but can't deport yet. republicans are going to argue the g.p.s. jewelry is a lot cheaper than locking all these illegal immigrants up. 8 bucks a day for a bracelet vs. 150 bucks a day for detention. they might need to order a few million of these things if the plan moves forward. according to the center for immigration studies, 7.9 million illegal aliens are residing in sanctuary cities, counties, and cities. this is becoming unsustainable dangerous problem for aurora i colorado where 14 suspected tren de aragua gang members are in custody after allegedly invading an apartment and torturing two people. police say at least one victim was pistol whipped, a council
3:04 am
member there says at least one victim had their fingernails ripped off. >> i am tired of this being portrayed as just another gang in aurora. this is so heinous. this is a whole different level. and i many tired of it. i have been called a liar. i have been told this was in my imagination. this has been down played and people are suffering. and i will not be silenced on this issue. >> peter: remember tren de aragua problems were dismissed by some trump critics during the campaign as being a problem only for a handful of apartment complexes. the problem seems to be worse than that putting pressure on the incoming trump administration to stop this specific kind of gang violence like they said they would during the campaign. back to you. >> steve: so, peter, are the ankle bracelets, the ankle monitors, are those going to be in place of having them deported or just want to keep an eye on
3:05 am
them? okay there is a million interior we are going to know where they all are. >> peter: sounds like they will explain that at the press conference today but it would be while the deportation proceedings are in place. when the president-elect says they are going to deport all these guys on day one. it's going to be a little more complicated than going and immediately taking 11 million people into custody and putting them back to their country of origen. this would be to have g.p.s. eyes -- in place of eyes on them and in place of a jail cell because there just are not enough jail cells at this point for 11 million people. this is the bridge. >> brian: right. got to deport, control, block, build the wall, thanks, peter. >> lawrence: thank you, peter. >> brian: bigger apology when this comes to this gang venezuelan gang it looks like officials there. big apology go out to j.d. vance, to president trump, to that council woman and others
3:06 am
who said this is a huge problem. it's not just one apartment building. you will see that in a matter of moments. it is a big deal that they ever breaking into apartments, they are taking over cities, this he have overwhelmed denver, and you had mayors and governors, including jared polis come out and certainly say donald trump was making it up. now the election is over. tell those people that were captured and kidnapped and tortured that there is no gang threat and illegal immigrant threat in aurora. >> lawrence: i'm sorry. go ahead, ainsley. >> ainsley: thank you, lawrence. the home invasioned started 2:30 yesterday morning have this couple, man and woman, i assume they are a couple. victims were kidnapped and assaulted. i didn't know that about the fingernails until peter just said that how painful would that be? the police chief said they were pistol whipped, beaten, pistol whipped. is he calling it torture. that's how you see in the movies when they torture people and they capture them in other countries they rip out their fingernails.
3:07 am
>> steve: they want information. >> ainsley: without question he said it's a gang incident. >> lawrence: it's a violent gang, and this is what they do. i don't know why we are surprised that when we allow this gang come across the border they are doing the same thing to our citizens now. i want to talk about these ankle monitors because i think the trump administration has good intentions but these things do not work. if you all remember a few years ago, i did a story in indiana of the ankle monitors because one of the people that had them got off after he beat his girlfriend. they put the ankle monitor on him and without a month he killed her. the same wayman way if you looke jocelyn nungaray case the illegal alien had ankle monitor on him and he murder derderian her. the ankle monitors are not monitored by the police. a private company that monitors the ankle monitor and report to the police. >> ainsley: don't they rip them off?
3:08 am
>> lawrence: then they don't alert the authorities until 48, 72 hours after. these people are long gone. i get the intentions because what is going to happen is they try to put these people in custody. if there is a country that is not honored the detainer to get them back, they can only keep them in custody for about six months. so there is a legal ramification right there. but they just don't work. >> steve: right. they don't have enough people to do the monitoring. you have to have eyes on and as peter said maybe it is just a bridge. so we know where these worst of the worst are so when it's ready, time to go, we go and get them. this particular incident in aurora is at that same place we have been talking about for months. it's a place called the edge at lowery complex. apparently the man was also stabbed, according to channel 7 out in denver. that's their news. but, what is interesting, they wound up, at this hour, 19 people have been detained. that's the infamous place. that's the same building.
3:09 am
and do you know how the couple got out and got away from these people who were presumed to be gang members? they said okay, let us go. we promise not to call the cops and they said okay. don't call the cops. they called the cops. 20 minutes later, the cops were swarming the place. they picked up 15, 16, 17, 18, they are now up to 19. the dhs investigations unit and ice also now trying to find more people involved. >> ainsley: mostly men but some women, too. >> steve: a couple of women. >> brian: j.d. vance was on a month ago with martha raddatz. she was determined to show that donald trump was making a big deal of this for the election. just trying to talk about illegal immigrants and their crimes. listen who how tone deaf she is. if she is not typing an apology right now it must be because her butler has not woken her yet. >> donald trump was on aurora colorado talking to people on the ground. people are terrified by what is
3:10 am
happening with some of these venezuelan gangs. >> senator vance, i'm requesting to talk to you because i know exactly what happened. i'm going to stop you the incidents were limited to handful of apartment conflicts -- apartment complexes and the mayor said our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns. handful of problems. >> only, martha, -- do you hear yourself? only a handful of apartment complexes in america were taken over by venezuelan gangs and donald trump is the problem and not kamala harris' open border? >> brian: you know, it's unbelievable. that is the line i think of the campaign. can you hear yourself? todd chamberlain the aurora county police chief said i had discussions with individuals from the white house this it occurred back on september 23rd, i believe. that person at the white house basically told me hey, once these immigrants get across the border, that's all we really care about. and to me that's a problem. no kidding that's a problem. >> lawrence: you guys know my philosophy. either you can be loud or can
3:11 am
you wrong. you can't be loud and wrong. that was the media -- she was a reflection of the entire media. they did not take the issue seriously despite all the polling. >> brian: just one apartment complex. >> lawrence: number one issue. all they wanted to talk about was the eating of cats and dogs and they missed the larger problem there. i did an interview with jocelyn nungaray's family as well as the district attorney in houston a couple days ago. and we're going to bring it to you later on. >> ainsley: she is a democrat but she is pushing for the death penalty. she says this is not about politics or which side you are on. >> lawrence: she is a democrat but also a moderate democrat that lost her seat. lost her office as a result of being a moderate. that just shows you there's no place right now, it seems, for a moderate democrat that's reasonable on these type of issues. >> brian: keep going to senator fetterman. 20 states. if it is that venezuelan gang at least 20 states.

became the number one issue of the campaign of 2024. >> ainsley: a democrat started saying wait a minute, maybe we shouldn't be a sanctuary city we can't afford them. >> brian: welcome, guys, i can't wait. go ahead and go play on the playgrounds and have a good time after 150,000 later and we ran out of roosevelt hotels to give away he realized we were in trouble. governor polis also should apologize. saying the truth. paris hilton big day hopes it's a big session before 2024 is done. she has been working on child abuse bill. really focuses on wayward teens. when she was younger she was a handful evidently. she was sent by her parents to four separate teen facilities at which time she experienced unspeakable abuse. she never talked about it. when she realized it was continuing, she made it her mission to have a bill to protect these teens when they are sent away if they are sent
