If you’re in the European Union and used alternative payment options

Users in the European Union may have made purchases for digital goods and services within an app by using alternative payment systems or through a link to purchase on the developer’s website. These purchases are not billed through the App Store or the App Store's In-App Purchase system. Contact the developer of that app for support.
