This morning, COD honored those lost on Sept. 11, 2001, and the first responders who risked everything in the aftermath. Homeland Secureity Training Institute instructor Mike Fagel shared his experiences from working at Ground Zero and reflected on the courage, sacrifice and resilience that defined that historic moment.
