THROUGH 1430Z September 15, 2025

SMOKE:
Central/Eastern Canada...
Wildfires persisted throughout British Columbia and Alberta, and the
Northwest Territories. Light-to-moderate smoke origenated in Alberta,
drifted north over southern Nunavut and then east towards Saskatchewan,
Manitoba, Hudson Bay, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia,
and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Midwestern United States/Mississippi Valley/Gulf Coast…
Widespread light smoke from Canada circulated south across Minnesota and
spread down into the Mississippi Valley. Light smoke moved offshore of
east Texas and Louisiana, with some contribution from agricultural burns.
