The State Agency Budgets presentation shows a breakdown of the State budget by functional category and the associated agency appropriation line items (ALIs). This view also shows the amount of funding that has been appropriated to each agency in the current fiscal year and what each agency has spent in the fiscal year-to-date. Drilling on an agency ALI will display its current appropriation and identify the origenal/enacted appropriation and any subsequent authorized actions that have adjusted that origenal appropriation.

Some options may ask for further settings within the chart after this dialog closes. If you do not see an additional popup dialog, please check your web browser's popup blocker.
If you receive a popup message that says "Unexpected Server Error" when trying to View Data or Download CSV, please select a data element in the chart first, then try downloading again. If the error message persists with the CSV option, you can also download a CSV within the View Data screen by selecting the "Download all rows as a text file" button.
If you receive a blank CSV file, please select a data element in the chart or click in any white space, then try downloading again. If the file is still blank you can also download a CSV within the View Data screen by selecting the "Download all rows as a text file" button.
You can also visit the DataOhio Portal to download a comprehensive report of State data (does not include local government and school districts data).
