Hey @robertlazarski, I wanted to add something to our CI so that we can see more easily which tests have failed (without having to comb through the logs). For that purpose I wanted to try this github action, but it seems that I can only use white-listed extensions. Is this something you control or does apache do that, and would you be in favor of adding this? If it's a lot of hassle its probably not worth it, but if it isn't it might be nice.

@cortlepp I believe what you are looking for is in our Axis2/Java git repo at file location .github/workflows/ci.yml.
