This pull request correctly removes outdated documentation from fl_texture_gl.h. However, the change results in an extra blank line in the comment block. I have added a comment to suggest removing this superfluous line to maintain code readability.

While removing this outdated documentation is correct, the change leaves an extra blank line in the resulting comment block. To improve readability, please also remove the blank line that follows this paragraph (on line 30).

This is a documentation fix only.
In this PR, the Linux shell no longer creates a GL context with
gdk_window_create_gl_context(it now creates its own EGL context directly).This means that the documentation in
fl_texture_gl.his no longer correct; it is not possible to create a shared context in this way.I filed #182998 simply to support this PR.
