Output SASS

Affects -S style flag with -a argument.

Fixes #2733

Additions

HTML Formatter. Variables and functions.

pygmentize -f html -S $style -a .attribute.sass > style.sass

# Example
pygmentize -f html -S friendly -a code.sass > style.sass

Modifications

Function: get_style_defs directs flow to get_sass_defs.
