Fixed typos in the standard library tutorial.

  1. Added hyphens to 'command line arguments' and 'higher level interface.'
  2. Removed an extra space in 'The :mod:argparse module provides a more sophisticated mechanism to process
    command line arguments. The following script extracts one or more filenames'

Please revert whitespace changes, double spacing is fine (although generally an emacs thing nowadays).
