Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am frustrated when I want ratios to output as improper fractions however they only output as mixed fractions.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to go to the menu "Language" and choose the menu item "Choose Language ...".
Then I would like to Click the button "Show Details".
Then I would like the option to choose from the following options:
"Mixed fractions";
"Repeating decimals"; OR
"Improper fractions".

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I use right click on the output in the REPL and select "View as improper fraction". However, this option resets every time code is rerun. Therefore, I need to right click on the output each time to view the output as an improper fraction.

Do you want to contribute to this feature
I would love to help. However, I am only a beginner in coding and Racket. I am happy to help with testing and/or documentation though.
