Currently, the museum features a new exhibit along with two ongoing ones that you can explore during your visit. If visiting on a Thursday doesn’t fit your schedule, you can also come by from 11 AM to 5 PM on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for an admission fee of $6 to $10.

The all-star two-day free jazz festival, Jazz on the River, will take place this weekend at Elizabeth Park in Wayne County. This year’s event features a legendary lineup of both international and local performers. Headlining the 28th Annual Jazz on the River are Grammy-winning saxophonist Gerald Albright and the renowned fusion jazz group Spyro Gyra. In addition, the festival will showcase an impressive array of nationally recognized and local jazz talents, including Alex Bugnon, Alexander Zonjic, James Lloyd from Pieces of a Dream, Tim Bowman, Urban Jazz Coalition, Kathy Kosins, and the group 4 Plus Jazz.

Perry is always campy and fun when performing, so we think you’ll have a great time.
