Change a Licence
No fee is charged for licence amendments, except for changes to associated persons. Major changes requiring reassessment equivalent to a new application are treated as new licence applications.
Fee for Amendments to Associated Persons Subject to Suitability Assessment
Changes involving natural or legal persons (owners, board members, management, representatives) must be reported to the Swedish Gambling Authority within 14 days.
a) Natural persons: SEK 1,000
b) Legal persons: SEK 3,000

Submitting Additional Information
Send supplementary documents to registrator@spelinspektionen.se. For extensive material, use a USB stick or similar. Clearly label all documents and specify the case reference number.
Renew a Licence
Licence holders wishing to continue offering gambling services in Sweden must apply for renewal before the current licence expires.
Apply at least four months before the licence expires
If the application is submitted on time, the current licence remains valid until the Swedish Gambling Authority has made a decision on the new application.
If the application is submitted too late, the licence may expire before a new decision is made.
