See recommended music on Apple Vision Pro
In the Music app, Apple Music subscribers can get recommendations based on your favourite songs, artists and more.
Select your favourite genres and artists
Go to the Music app , then tap Home in the tab bar.
When you first tap Home, you’re asked to tell Apple Music about your preferences. Apple Music uses these preferences when recommending music.
Tap the genres you like (double-tap those you love, and pinch and hold the genres you don’t care for).
Tap Next, then do the same with the artists that appear.
To add a specific artist who isn’t listed, tap Add an Artist, then enter the artist’s name.
Add favourite artists
Go to the Music app on your Apple Vision Pro.
Go to an artist page, then tap at the top of the window.
When you mark an artist as a favourite, they appear under Favourite Artists in For You, and their music is recommended more often. You can also choose to receive notifications when they release new music.
Tell Apple Music what you love
Go to the Music app on your Apple Vision Pro.
Do one of the following:
Pinch and hold an album, playlist or song, then tap Favourite or Suggest Less.
In Now Playing, tap , then tap Favourite or Suggest Less.
Telling Apple Music what you love and dislike improves future recommendations.
See the artists and songs you listen to most, by year
Apple Music creates a series of special insights and playlists — highlighting the music you listen to most — for every year you’re a subscriber.
Go to the Music app on your Apple Vision Pro.
Tap Home in the tab bar, swipe up to Replay: Your Top Songs by Year, then tap a year.
See the Apple Support article See Apple Music Replay to find your most listened to artists and songs.
Rate music in your library
Go to Settings > Apps > Music.
Turn on Show Star Ratings.
In Music, pinch and hold a song in your library, tap Rate Song, then choose a rating from one to five stars.
Song ratings sync to all devices where you’re signed in to same Apple Account.
This option appears only if you already have star ratings from a synced library on your device.
Tell Apple Music to ignore your listening habits
You can prevent your followers on Apple Music from seeing the music you play.
Go to Settings > Apps > Music.
Turn off Use Listening History.
Turning off your listening history impacts new music recommendations and the contents of Replay playlists.
