A cold front will bring continued scattered rain and storm chances Today. Highest chances for rain will be across northwest Oklahoma. A few weak thunderstorms will also be possible across western and portions of northern Oklahoma.
An upper level system will bring increasing rain and storm chances to portions of Oklahoma and western north Texas this Friday through Saturday. Some of the key uncertainties are the timing of the system and subsequent cold front, along with the position of the dryline and how far west the moisture return is.
Warmer than average temperatures through this upcoming week with a cold front Monday morning bringing rain and storm chances. Additional chances for rain and storms may return again by the end of the week and into the weekend.
