Communications will be sent when new opportunities are available monthly or seasonal depending on the park district’s needs. Are you looking for a Service Project for your group, class or organization with Summit Metro Parks? Please email the manager of volunteer programs at [email protected] and provide this information. 

We encourage you to visit Summit Metro Parks and generate a project proposal. Successful proposals identify an area of need to enhance our mission or are a creative and sustainable project that adds unique value to the organization. It should include a proposed location and timeline. It is very important that the proposed be developed and submitted by the scout.  
 
Please note that all projects are not necessarily a match to park needs and alternative concepts may need to be developed and proposed. We are no longer seeking park benches, bat/bird houses and bridges as scout projects.
