East Coast Storm; Heavy Rain and Flooding in the Southwest U.S.; Typhoon Remnants Impacting Alaska

A coastal storm continues to bring heavy rain, coastal flooding, high surf, dangerous rip currents, and gusty winds to the East Coast into early Tuesday. A heavy rain and flash flood risk continues for the Southwest/Four Corners region with lingering tropical moisture through Monday. Here we go again...one more round of thunderstorms for today. Showers and storms have been ongoing overnight across much of north-central AZ, and we'll continue to see rounds of activity through this evening. There's a threat for isolated severe storms today, as well as an elevated threat for flooding across much of central AZ. Stay weather aware!
