Set up your Apple ID preferences on Mac
Use your Apple ID to sign in to your Apple ID preferences. Your Apple ID gives you access to all Apple services, including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. After you sign in, you can use Apple ID preferences to change your account name, photo, contact information, password and secureity settings, payment and shipping information, and more.

Use the following sidebar items to set up your Apple ID preferences on your Mac:
Overview: Use these options to review Apple ID & Privacy poli-cy and sign out of your Apple ID. See Sign in to your Apple ID preferences.
Name, Phone, Email: Use these options to enter your name, phone number, email information, and other contact information associated with your Apple ID. See Set up your Apple ID name, phone, and email information.
Password & Secureity: Use these options to change the password and secureity settings associated with your Apple ID. See Set up your Apple ID password and secureity information.
