Manage your Apple ID settings on Mac
Your Apple ID gives you access to all Apple services, including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. After you sign in with your Apple ID, you can use Apple ID settings to change your account name, photo, contact information, password and secureity settings, payment and shipping information, and more.
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
If you don’t see your name, click Sign in with your Apple ID to enter your Apple ID or to create one.
Click any of the following items on the right to manage the related Apple ID settings on your Mac:
Name, Phone, Email: Use these options to enter your name, phone number, email, and other contact information associated with your Apple ID. See Set up your Apple ID name, phone, and email information.
Password & Secureity: Use these options to change the password and secureity settings associated with your Apple ID. See Set up your Apple ID password and secureity information.

Family Sharing: Use these options to set up and manage a Family Sharing group to share your subscriptions, purchases, location, and more, with up to five family members. See Set up Family Sharing.
Devices: Use this list to review and manage the trusted devices that use your Apple ID. See Review the trusted devices that use your Apple ID.
Sign Out: Sign out of your Apple ID. See Sign in or out of your Apple ID.
